NOTICE

 The Town Board of the Town of Osborn will be entering into a contract for crack filling and spot sealing for the following roads:  Ballard Rd (from Mielke to town line), part of Culbertson Rd (between Ballard and French), Mielke Rd (from French to Cnty C), Krueger Rd (from 5 Corners to French), Culbertson Rd (from Cnty C to Ranch Rd) and Ranch Rd (from Hwy 54 to town line).  The contract will be with Crack Filling Service, Corp.  at a cost not to exceed $25,000.
