DOR Appraising Sample of Properties
The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) will have employees from the Green Bay District Office appraising a sample of properties in Outagamie County in the next 6 months.
Marc Brown, will specifically be in the town of Osborn during the week of December 28th to January 3rd.
Appraisal Work Involves
- Roadside inspections of residential and agricultural properties
- Onsite inspections of commercial properties
- Taking photographs from public roads
Additional Information
- Expected completion date – June 1, 2026
- DOR employees conducting this review will carry a DOR-issued photo ID and will notify municipal officials before beginning field inspections
