The Town of Osborn Board members are meeting with the Outagamie County Highway Department on February 17th, 2022, 2:00 pm at the Osborn Town Hall.  (W3389 Cnty Rd EE)  They will be leaving there and checking roads and discussing future projects on French Rd.
