NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND TOWN BOARD MEETING TO CONSIDER
DISCONTINUANCE OF TOWN HIGHWAY
TO:
1) Owners of record of lands through which the below-described highway passes
2) Owners of record of all land abutting the below-described town highway
3) The Department of Natural Resources
4) The County Land Conservation Committee
5) The general public via a Class 3 Notice
Please take Notice that the Town Board has adopted a Resolution initiating the discontinuance of
the below-referenced portion of town highway.
Please also take Notice that a public hearing and town board meeting will be held as follows:
Location of meeting: W3389 County Rd EE, Seymour, WI
Date of meeting: March 20th, 2023
Time of meeting: 6:30 pm
The town highway proposed for discontinuance is described and shown in the attached Exhibit A
