- Appoint BOR Vice-chairman
- Announce DOR was notified that the necessary training was completed.
- Announce that the Town has an ordinance for the confidentiality of income and expense information provided to the assessor under state law (sec.70.47(7)af.
- Announce the town has an ordinance regarding sworn telephone and sworn written testimony.
- Clerk swears in the Assessors and anyone present that will testify.
- Assessor presents the assessment roll and affidavit.
- Assessor presents when the notices were sent and clerk announces the meeting was published and posted as required.
- Final report is reviewed.
- Any residents that have filed an objection form presents their case.
- Motion to adjourn.
